Features to help you use the site

• A skip link leads to the main content. Pages use headings, navigation landmarks and descriptive links.
• Navigation and form controls support keyboard use and show a visible focus indicator. The contact window keeps keyboard focus inside while open and returns it to a visible control when dismissed.
• Forms have labels, required-field instructions, error summaries and text feedback for submission states. Résumé selection can be replaced or removed.
• Layouts adapt to different screen widths. Text remains selectable, and decorative artwork is hidden from assistive technology.
• Styles respond to reduced-motion and forced-colour preferences. English and Canadian French pages share the same structure, with links to switch to the equivalent page.
